    Join us from the comfort of your own home for a weekly donation-based virtual yoga class to help you unwind on Sunday evenings! This class is suitable for all levels, including beginners, and emphasizes self-care, encouraging each participant to honor their body's unique needs.

    Mel's intention is for participants to leave feeling refreshed, centered, and ready to embrace the upcoming week with a restored sense of balance and tranquility.
